Photographing at Newhouse Estate was a first for me and I’m already hoping for a repeat visit. A beautiful Jacobean manor house nestled in the Wiltshire countryside provides a perfect wedding venue with stunning grounds. And I couldn’t have been photographing two nicer people in Matt and Becky. A truly relaxed wedding couple who brought elegance, fun and style to their day. Congratulations to you both! x

Introducing you to Carly and Andy and their wedding up in Troon at the Lochgreen House Hotel… I met this lovely couple at a wedding fair in Winchester and was chuffed they chose me to photograph their wedding on the west coast of Scotland. Unfortunately we were subjected to a rainy day up on the coast but in the brief respite from the wet we dashed outside to get some shots in the beautiful grounds and on the beach. Carly was a simply stunning bride and despite the weather this was a happy day from start to finish and I loved being part of their special day. Congratulations Andy and Carly. x
There’s not much to dislike about photographing a wedding in Tuscany, and this was a stunning wedding with beautiful people. Kathryn and Chris wanted a small intimate ceremony amid a picturesque setting followed by a lively party with close friends and family. Cortona town hall and a villa overlooking Lake Trasimeno provided the perfect venue for both. This was an awesome day and they most definitely brought meaning to the word partying… There’s nothing better than seeing close family and friends party until the small hours – congratulations guys, I loved photographing your day! xx
A wedding on the Scilly Isles was always going to be special and to photograph Miranda and Sam’s big day was an absolute pleasure. A longstanding family holiday destination for Miranda, and the place Sam proposed, Tresco island was the ideal location for this intimate wedding. The sun shone for the majority of the day with only one heavy rain shower which only added to the charm of this tiny getaway island. With only one church and one pub, news soon spread a wedding was taking place so there were a few onlookers as Miranda and her bridal party walked to the quay to meet Sam and the rest of the guests. A further short walk to the church followed where a intimate ceremony took place (only the 176th on the island) before we headed off the magnificent Abbey Gardens for some photos. Miranda and Sam choose a Cornish afternoon tea overlooking the islands before enjoying the evening with a local folk band. I loved the experience of photographing here, especially with such lovely people. Congratulations Miranda and Sam, I hope you enjoyed your quiet honeymoon on the island after we all left! x
Welcome to the wedding festival weekend… Robin and Charlotte tied the knot at Tournerbury Woods, a stunning setting on Hayling Island which created the perfect venue for their festival theme. Avid Reading festival goers (Robin has been 16 times) the newly weds set to create a festival style wedding complete with wrist bands, fire pits, tents, a (surprise) camper van, and a silent disco. The rustic setting provided a beautiful backdrop for the day and this relaxed, chilled wedding was great to be a part of. Congratulations Robin and Charlotte. Happy honeymoon!
Photographing a wedding at the Blazing Donkey in Kent was brilliant, not least because this fabulous couple were stylish and full of fun and I loved the vintage retro theme running throughout – the bold colours, the incredible 1950s Chevrolet… Stunning! Michelle and Richie married outside on a gorgeous summer’s day in front of friends and family. The day was full of emotion and laughter and guests were even treated to the groom singing and playing the drums alongside various members of his family. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Alvarez, what a great day! x
